May I call to place an order?
Yes. We can be reached at (818) 782-5732 from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. If we don’t answer, please leave a message and we will call you back asap. Keep in mind, we are a small operation and often on the other line with customers or out running errands.

May I place an order via email?
Yes. Use our email address: order@sonicspeedwerx.com. Be sure to be specific with product info and details to avoid confusion. Also be sure to include your name, shipping address and a daytime phone number.

May I pay with my credit card?
Yes. We process our credit card orders through PayPal. When you are finished shopping online, checkout and look for the box which reads "If you don't have a PayPal account and want to pay with a credit card: Continue Checkout" Click on the " Continue Checkout" button and you will be prompted to enter in your credit card and billing information into PayPal's secure servers. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What other forms of payment do you accept?
In addition to online payments through PayPal or credit card we also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks for all phone, e-mail or mail orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only if you are a resident of California.

What will it cost to ship my items?
We ship our Stock Number Plates (not including Garage Sale items) domestically for $3.00 the first plate, and $1.00 each additional plate. (This shipping cost will be itemized in the PayPal checkout window.) All other items have the shipping cost included in the price. With the exception of our Numbers & Letters, all international orders will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Will you ship using my Shipper Number?
We will gladly use your Shipper Number for any order through our custom shop.
